The location of the hotel, nestled between the Anthem and the Arena Stage theater, was a highlight for us. The room and hotel were immaculately clean, beds super comfy, and staff very friendly. However, communication with non-English speaking staff was challenging, and signage for parking and check-in needs improvement. Room service was pricy, and the bathroom lighting could be brighter. Despite some hiccups at check-in, the managers were responsive and resolved the issue promptly, even sending a thoughtful gift for our 25th anniversary. The river views from the room were stunning, and the valet service was top-notch.

Its location was central, a short walk to Chinatown Archway. It was a stunningly beautiful hotel in a lively area. The food we tried was outstanding and they have plenty of meals to choose from.

I stay in this brand-new hotel every time I'm in Washington, because location and food are great. The restaurant is great with wonderful dishes to choose from.

The gym had everything I needed, from Peloton bikes to weights, medicine balls, machines, and a cardio station. The full-service luxury spa was a true highlight, with five treatment rooms, a nail bar, and an oasis lounge offering a variety of ways to rejuvenate and relax.

The accessibility for us seniors was remarkable, allowing us to navigate the hotel with ease and enjoy the lovely decoration and general areas.

I would have appreciated better guidance for senior vacationers, perhaps a senior-friendly activity or relaxation corner. The children of the staff could have been more proactive in suggesting activities suitable for our age, ensuring a more tailored and enjoyable experience for older guests.

We also appreciated the great view of the water from our room.
